I'm keeping an eye on a friend's house for a few months while he's away, and I'm wondering if this is a service worth offering to the public in general.
I see there is a national organization, National Home Watch Association, that wants $ 185 for their start-up guide. The $$ do get applied to annual membership dues, $ 395.
My main question at the moment has to do with insurance. I've already confirmed that my E&O provider doesn't want to have anything to do with it.
Anyone have experience or words of wisdom on the subject?
