Lowes mover thank you rewards program

Anyone participate in the Lowes moverthankyou.com rewards program. If so how is it working for you. If not why?

I am signed up for it. In my emails to clients I let them know about it. A couple realtors in town offer 20% discount at lowes.

My only negative experience is my client didn't fully read the sign up instructions, went to Lowes spent 2500, then called me to give them 10% back.

My only negative experience is my client didn't fully read the sign up instructions, went to Lowes spent 2500, then called me to give them 10% back. I found about it from a voice mail they left saying it was free but when I go to the website it has a sign up fee and a monthly fee. That been your experience
