Vertical Fan Coil Unit question

I ran into one of these (Vertical Fan Coil Unit) yesterday. Never really inspected one before. It was a quick walk through, so an actual inspection is coming up. Any suggestions as to what top look for that maybe different than a regualar furnace?

It was a high rise condo.

If it is only a fan coil until, that indicates it is probably .connected to a chiller system.

All you will have will basically be a fan with a coil with liquid (typically water) running through it. Check the hoses and connections for condition and leaks.

The fan an coil you would inspect the same as you would an AHU.
