Landscaping has consumed the bike and the house is next....
Sometimes there are no words to describe...
Once they have the tree removed because it is too close to the structure that should take care of it.

When I see properties like this (unkept) I ask myself is the inside as bad as the outside?

In this case, yes.

So, what's the question? Wait.... I see it. The cables from the hand brakes are enclosed for an extended distance in the tree. Obviously, you called for them to be de-rated to prevent overheating, right? :)

Nick, I can't thank you enough for agreeing to inspect this dump. Otherwise, they might have called me!

Sometimes the money is hardly worth the aggravation.

Thanks for sharing, Nick. That tree is a Mulberry, most likely. Able to grow right through the junk in the alley.

Are those tiles laid on top of carpet? And somebody wants to buy all that? ;)

The tiles are over wood subfloor but there was so much sloping it looked like they were laid over a grassy knoll.

The scary/funny part is that the 1st floor office space in this building was previously a doctor's office. If the patients could have only seen what the basement and rear exterior look like.
