Hi All
It's great to find a place where information is freely exchanged.

I've officially stopped doing remodels, and am now dedicated to inspections. It seemed like the logical progression, hopefully I can continue the success I've had up to this point.
I'm sure I'll still get roped into the occational remodel, like just last week my brother asked about replacing his counter tops....

I'll do my best to contribute.

Where in Oklahoma? Oklahoma is not all flat, windy with a few small mountains.

Oklahoma is not all flat,

That reminded me of some research three researchers did about 3-4 years ago regarding Kansas and it always being referred to a "Kansas is flatter than a pancake."

They used satellite imagery and GPS coordinates to compare the flatness of Kansas to that of a pancake (which they obtained from the foremost of pancake makers ... IHOP). Their research showed that the relationship of the high and low points of Kansas as related to each other, i.e., "flatness of Kansas" and the high and low points of the pancake as related to each other, i.e., "flatness of pancake" confirmed that Kansas *IS* "flatter than a pancake".

Welcome aboard Phillip.

I had the pleasure of driving through Oklahoma yesterday. My dad had to go see a doctor up in Tulsa.

He had some back surgery up there a few years ago, and had to go back for a checkup.

We drove up from Dallas so it was about a 600 mile round trip to the doctor. Myself and my brother took him up there. Family time in a truck, ahh the fun.

Jeepers, the highway patrols are everywhere on Hwy. 75, 69 and the Indian turnpike. Bet we seen 50 of them or more.

Lots of casinos too. I was shocked to see all those.

Oklahoma is really a nice state and is not as flat as most would think. Not large mountains, but some mountains present. Dallas is flatter for sure.
