I can't believe that I beat the stampede, to comment on the alarming mental image of a Jerry Peck clone or look-alike........that's alarming!:shocked:

Done and scheduled for next Tuesday - Thanks Scott, he does have a Jerry'esque vibe to him. And he's almost triple the price of the Realtor recommended inspector too, which gives him a little more of that unique Peckiness that I was looking for.
