found this in a rennovated warehouse to townhouse--is this legal i don,t see any drip leg on furnace or hot water heater or gas dryer

I do not know if a drip leg is required in your area but, A SEDIMENT TRAP is required for each, the Water Heater and the furnace.
Neither the Water Heater nor the furnace have a SEDIMENT Trap.
