Does anyone see anything wrong with this 100 amp downstream service panel ? Aren't the neutral and grounds suppose to be separated in a aka sub-panel ? Thanks in advance

Yes he should have installed a grounding bus on the back of the panel box for the grounding conductors.

He should have provided grounding to the panel box with a 4th conductor. It is all wrong.

In addition to being wrong because of not having a equipment grounding conductor, the Siemens breakers in that GE panel do not belong there.

The service feed to the panel box is only two wire wire with a ground, it should be three wire with a ground.

Right click on the picture. In the drop down menu select "save picture as". Save the picture in (Pictures) on your computer. Open the (Pictures) on you computer and you can then zoom in on it.

I just opened the thumbnails, ITE / Siemens breakers are pretty easy to recognize.
