Ideas needed for introduction

I'm a big boy and sure I can figure this out; however I belong to a BNI group and would like to make a good impression for a 5-10 minute intro speech about what we do. Any ideas appreciated if you've been through it before...

Ross. I just did my first public speaking at a Home Buyers seminar. What I did was go over my states SOP. This gives people a good definition what a Home Inspection is and is not. Then you can throw in a few war stories in between.
