Horizon Report Software - Picture resolution

For those of you using Horizon Report Software, what resolution do you find works best? I have used, 4m 2272x1704, 2 m 1600x1200 and VGA 640x480. Horizon resizes the photos when uploading to their server.

I am finding some of the photos in the report look grainy. I am using a Nikon Coolpix AW120

I think the middle one you show is ok, I would have to check. But thought mine was 1024 x 768, but could be wrong. I think 640 x 480 would be your grainy ones. Horizon is increasing resolution on those I think. The one you show for 2272 X 1704 would be reduced in resolution I think when placed into report.
