Gotta say, I would not have done the ladder to the chimney.

Gene are you trying to provide fodder for the Ladder mishap thread?

Personally, I would not have a problem walking that roof but I would not do the ladder thing against the chimney like that.

6 in 12, no problem, 8 in 12, some concern. But that roof looks like a 10 in 12. In the past, yes, now, I don't think I would walk a 10 in 12.

The chimney looks ok, right, Gene? Or did you find something up there?

Brought back old memories for me ... heck, Gene even had the ladder going against the slope of the roof ... I used to have it going with the slope of the roof (but I didn't do that very often :tsk: ).

I watched a young apprentice chimney sweep scale up a chimney like that with just his hands and feet.

But that roof is too steep for me. I'm not risking my health and safety for a few hundred dollars.

That's going above and beyond.

A job for a pole cam.

A job for a pole cam.

Where do the dancing girls in your area prefer the camera be mounted? Top or bottom?
