Found this under homemade bar. Lamp cord and soup cans. There were 2 of these. Wires disappeared under bar. Any ideas.

Seriously, it looks like a candelabra lamp socket mounted in a soup can.
Did you find the switch?

Did not find switch. Client was Licensed Electrician, he had no clue either. Tell you the truth when I see something like this I do not spend a lot of time on the issue. Note it and move on.
