Tape on conductors

The tape was used when the home was built. I don't see a problem with it.

I did notice that the line on the 30 amp breaker above the Red tape looks like it is burnt.

Is white tape on black conductors okay?

Is red tape on black conductor okay?

Yeppers.

Just not black, red, brown, whatever (except white, of course, but why put white tape on a white conductor?) tape on white conductors.
