Living in a small NW town since the recession I have been working more and more with my husband a General Contractor.
Since the recession we have been flipping homes (pre-recession building custom homes). Our town is just beginning to start coming back it will be a slow return.
I handle finding the homes, all real estate transactions, designing floor plan changes and choosing all materials involved.
My husband decides whether my ideas will work or not, and gives new ideas if they won't.
He and my son then do the work to take a home nobody would want into a nice space with a new life.
