Is that a sliding glass door on the back wall?

Yes, two very large sliding glass doors....

Being nice now ... :)

Those are your EERO.

Don't worry about the sizes of the windows.

"now what about the front windows for the same house."

Now those are to small for EERO

"I'm also thinking the height is too hight from the ground to the windows, no more than 44"?"

It's height above the Floor, not the ground. But either way those windows look to small for EERO.

Thanks, I was thinking the same thing...now what about the front windows for the same house.

These windows are installed in a bedroom. I'm also thinking the height is too hight from the ground to the windows, no more than 44"?

Not only do those front windows not meet EERO requirements, but I doubt they meet minimum requirements for natural light and ventilation either.

That place looks like it might have been a crematory in the past which would explain for the lack of windows at the front of the structure. :D

Thanks alot Jerry.

I just about lost my dinner with the comment about the sliding doors.

Lets hope that the screen door is not ever latched though. They'll stand there and burn up trying to figure a way out.

Clay,

The room in the first pic does not look like a bedroom to me.

The lower windows in the first pic should be safety glass if the area is greater than 9 sq.ft. Looks to me like they are.

IT'S BUTT UGLY

Those EXACT words came to my mind and I almost posted them, then said 'Nah, I'm trying to be nice.'. :D

"BUTT UGLY" it is!

We have some of those type houses around here - 50's. I have heard them referred to as "hollywood homes". Figures.
