Hello All,
My name is Perry Anderson, and i am an InterNachi certified residential home inspector from the Youngstown OH area. As a service to both local clients and homeowners throughout the rest of the country, I frequently post home inspection tips on my business site. Though they are obviously not thorough enough to replace a professional inspection, I take pride in being able to educate (and hopefully assist) homeowners to recognize defects in their own homes.
