Been using HostGator for about 6 years with zero problems. Nice thing is that you can set up as many domains as you want under the same account with no additional fees.

A few years ago I just decided to look around to see what other providers offered and I discovered that around 75% of the hosting companies are all owned by the same person/company. The company I use falls under that huge umbrella and I have not had any issues in the ten years I have been with them.
