I have always just used paper Inspection Agreements that I email to the client when setting up the

inspection and ask them to print, sign, and return via email or just bring it to the inspection...

But times have changed and more and more clients expect to be able to sign the form online.

So for those that do provide this for your clients PRIOR to seeing the client in person, what service,

app, or whatever do you use? Do you like it? What kind of fees are associated?

Thanks for sharing your experiences.

There are many to choose from .. Or you can do it on your website.
NACHI has one you can use if you are a member.

Let me google that for you (http://lmgtfy.com/?q=online+contract+signing)

Roy, I think you missed my point.

I am well aware there are many possibilities, I am asking for personal opinions from the group about their personal experiences.

I use ISN, and would never go back to anything else. The fees are so low its ridiculous.

Pardon my ignorance, what is "ISN" I googled but found nothing relevant.

We also use ISN and are extremely happy. We were with Perceptionist (used to be IMS -- Inspection Management Systems) for more than four years, and that worked very well, but their customer service went to hell so we switched to ISN last year. What a difference! Appointment, contracts, payments, follow-up... Everything just WORKS. They even integrate with our Radon test lab just about flawlessly.

I use HomeGauge. With HG services the online agreement feature works great.

Just jumping on the thread. I'd like to know what you find out. Had an elderly man in Wisconsin ask me last week, "Can't I just electronically sign your contract?" whew, he was in the 21st century. Apparently I am not.

I'm really looking for a stand alone solution. Sounds like ISN is a package deal.
I know Realtors use "Docusign" but I'm not familiar with the options and don't really want to trust Google for real world answers.

Exactly. I didn't want to hijack the thread so I messaged Ms. Sisson and asked her real world questions about ISN. It seems as if it's all the rage right now. My software even has built-in ISN features (that I don't use).

Haven't heard back from her.

I use Docusign. It's easy. Just had a client in his mid-80's use it. But I'm looking at Adobe. Just about everyone uses Adobe in some fashion and at $10 a month, the price isn't bad.

InterNACHI's free, online agreement system has all the agreements and clauses built in and ready to use for any type(s) of inspections. InterNACHI also time-stamps the agreement, saves it forever, and stands ready to testify that the agreement was signed by the client. https://www.nachi.org/onlineagreement.htm

Don't mean to hijack the thread but...
