I was perplexed the first time I saw the manufacture as well.
3rd time I have run across Nucleonic Electrical Equipment & Development Company Montréal electrical service equipment.
A 1910 duplex.
I have only seen this service equipment in century homes.

The funny thing, the company that developed/manufactured the electrical service equipment resided in my city and I can not find information or literature.
I keep getting SNC Lavalin technology with my Google search leads.
