Hello All,
I recently had a mendota FV41 gas fireplace installed. The contractor said the fireplace has a shutoff ball valve integrated into the unit that is operated with the glass latch tool. He said that an additional 1/4 turn shutoff ball valve upstream of the appliance is not required. Is this correct?
