Inspector in Carlsbad, CA

I am a home inspector in Utah and my brother lives in San Diego. He has a friend that lives in Carlsbad that thinks he has some IAQ issues (mold) that he thinks are affecting his health. I don't know the specifics and I haven't talked with him but I told my brother I would try to find someone in that area that could do a visual inspection of his friends property. Would you or do you know someone that could go do an assessment for him and steer him in the right direction. Any help would be appreciated.

I am a complete fan of CaoimhÃ*n and have all his material and regularly give it out to clients. I am not looking for someone to do mold testing but an inspector to do a visual inspection of the property.
