My name is Lynne. I am a registered nurse and I hope an above average DIYer. I am not a house flipper but prefer old houses to new. I renovated my first and after moving to a new city am in the middle of doing the same to my second residence. I insist on doing things the right way even if it means it costs more. Which is why this reno has taken nearly 20 years. I do the work when I have the money. I have made some mistakes and learned a lot along the way. Hopefully I will post intelligent questions that do not induce any eye-rolling on this forum.
