The serial number looks a lot like Rheem products. Maybe this is a private label made by Rheem?

Anywho...here is what I got so far.
Chandigarh India (http://www.zephyraircon.com/)

I tracted the word Zephyr to Zephyr AirCon. Diakin air conditioning Service providers run by highly qualified and experienced engineers & technicians who are specialized for Airconditioning Refrigeration, HVAC, VRF, VRV, Ducting, Centralised air conditioning, Chiller air conditioning and Package air conditioning
I will do more research after I finish my report.

The better photo to post is of the nameplate - it shows all the information needed, including (at times) the manufacturer of the unit when there is another name present elsewhere (such as BDP Carrier for Bryant, Day & Night, Payne, all part of Carrier ... unless things have changed from 'back when'; Inter-City; and many others).

Been trying to download the images from my samsung s7 phone using KIES or Switch for a month.

Forget that method - go online and search for downloading photos to computer from the Samsung phone and you will find an easier way - just reset a setting on your phone (I did that, now I just connect via USB and my Samsung Note 3 (I used to have a Note 2 and it was replaced with a Note 3 about 3 weeks ago when the screen cracked) now comes up llike a flash drive to copy files to/from.

I forget the setting I had to change (did it for my wife's Samsung S6 too) - just do a Google search for it.
