I am new to this board. I don't understand why my space bar does not work when I am typing a response to posts. Everythingcomesoutalltogetherlikethis.
What am I doing wrong.

MERRY CHRISTMAS ONE AND ALL

It appears to be browser specific. Jerry pointed that out about Google Chrome.
If you open a post directly from an email notifications and log in the same thing happens to me.

Myself, outlook tracing.
I now go to InspectionNews, open what's New?, login, and everything works.
No formatting issues from Outlook email server.

Doug, hope that helps!
Cheers mate.

Doug,

The solution is to type the first word, enter a line return, then arrow key backwards to get to the end of the first line (or use you mouse and click there) ... then it works as it should.

Let me know more specifics as to the system and browsers (and if they are both up to date) that are having issues. I have never run into this issue but if I can find a solution I'll do what I can.

Hi Brian:
I use win 7 and Chrome which I think is up to date. Not sure how to tell if it is or not.

I took Robert's advise and switched to Firefox when I want to reply to a post here and it works fine.

I did not have the problem when posting a new thread when I use Chrome.

Cheers

Brian,

I use Windows 10 and Chrome, both are up to date.

Every now and then a reply will work without that issue, but not often ... that may be because I enter a name as I did here, hit the enter and ... the problem is solved at that point when I didn't even think about it?

Win 10 64 bit, Chrome latest update.

The anomaly appears to be outlook & format related or/and/maybe sync related issue between devices.

I use a computer, Win 10 64 bit, Chrome latest update on both my PC and Window Surface Pro 4.
Wind card, android synced emails.

Anomaly: Log in directly from an email link the space bar does not move your cursor forward to allow spacing yet you can drop down lines.

Experiences: Logging in from outlook link.
a. I actually typed full sentences using the spacebar to separate the words at the end.
Worked 99% of the time.
b. I tried successfully to drop the cursor 2 lines down before typing although that was not successful all the time.

The anomaly never appears when I log on from Chrome.

Hope that helps.

PS: You have to smile reading Gunners post.;) Ha ha ha

Thanks for the info and if anyone else wants to add to it please do.

I have Win 10 and use Chrome and never run into the issue on a thread although I did see what you were talking about when I replied to a private message.

Thanks for the info.
