Hello,
I am Paul Douglas and I am a registered civil and/or structural engineer in NE, IA, CO, WV, AZ, MN, WI, OK, UT, WY, VT, and CA. I am in the process of obtaining licenses in NY and PA.
I am also a forensic consultant that performs a lot of inspections and investigations relating to structural distress/failures/analysis, fires, accidents, storm damage assessments, code compliance, building science/thermal envelopes, and etc. In other words, just about anything you can imagine from big to small projects.
There are some very interesting threads in this forum and I hope to learn new things as well as provide answers on subjects that I have knowledge and experience with.
