I am now retired but have worked in construction my entire working life as project manager with three different construction firms. Since retirement a few years ago, I have obtained a General Contractors License, a Residential Contractors License and a Construction Managers License for the state of South Carolina. I do not actively look for work but the licenses allow me to take on a project if the need arises. Currently I am constructing an addition to a dental office and construction a 7000 sf house.
