A little about myself:
I started in residential construction part and full time -- about 30 homes, followed by 15 years as a senior restoration technician (water, fire, wind, mold, asbestos) for a large full-service restoration company. In the last over 20 years my main focus has been on all flooring inspections (carpet, carpet tile, solid hardwood, engineered hardwood, laminate, resilient sheet and tile goods, tile and stone, subfloors, etc.). I have inspected over 5000 flooring claims to date, and a number of water damage claims. I am also a flooring inspector for the BC and National Flooring Covering Associations. Along the way I obtained a Degree in Science from UBC and a Managment Diploma from BCIT. I am passionate about flooring.
