Saw this today - obviously a dreamer here in Knoxville.

Jack,

What's up with the pic? It will not open up to a larger size to see what it is.

That's hilarious. Nice spelling, too: "Braker"

When it comes to electrical safety, "vintage" is NOT a good thing!

I might go for the furnace listed directly above though. For only $150, it appears to come complete with a mobile home. (?)

The ad above it is even a better deal.

You get a gas furnace in a mobile home for only 150.00.

Can't beat that price on a mobile home.

"Vintage"
Sounds like a realtor wrote the ad.

I just hope it is not installed... I'd hate to think that you have to pay for that sucker and remove it as well.

Guess they don't know about this:
- R104.9 Approved materials and equipment. Materials, equipment and devices approved by the building official shall be constructed and installed in accordance with such approval.
- - R104.9.1 Used materials and equipment. Used materials, equipment and devices shall not be reused unless approved by the building official.

Does the $200.00 come with the panel?

I think I will suggest to a friend who owns a bakery to sell day-old bread as "vintage" and up the price.

The 423 area code is outside the Knoxville area. The price MAY include the mobile home too.

For those who have never seen this ad (and for those who never tire of seeing it again):

Joe, that is just too funny!!!

Never saw that one before:)

That made my day and Shirley's too!!!

I would have loved to have heard the calls she got on that one.

More often you find that projecting feature with a condom-inium.

Thank you. Thank you very much.

Actually I can't take credit. I forwarded the real estate ad to my wife, who posted it on her urbanism list-serv, and received the above reply. The internet is a wonderful thing.
