Welcome aboard the board. Grab on to something tight as sometimes this thing goes pretty fast and makes sharp drifting turns (thread drifts). but it eventually gets there. :)

Welcome, David. As with other families, sometimes we screech at each other, but for the most part we try not to hold grudges. Also, there may be a demented uncle in the attic, I'm not sure.

Welcome David, always something interesting here, one think I like about this profession, there is always something new to lean. I have been in the profession now for about 10 years and everyday is always different. At least that is what I have enjoyed about this group of good, intelligent and motivated home inspectors.

It would be my pleasure, with one caveat, You have to promise that you won't try to recruit me over to advantage inspection and their nefarious goal of taking over the Home Inspection world.

Victor, as you wish. I just wanted to get to know you. I just like to get to meet people. Are your inspections down from the first of the year?

Quite allright, Chris.

Actually, things have been steady around these parts. As you know, the Grand Strand hasn't been seeing the same drastic downturns in the market as have other regions.
This last year was a a busy one, with my activity increasing by 300% over last year. Word of mouth is a wonderful thing.

How're things down in G-town?

We have had another very successful year in Horry and Georgetown counties. My records indicate another year of over 400 inspections this is due to our exclusive Advantage Pre-listing Inspection where we perform the home inspection and provide our own "No Denied Claim" Home Warranty. Another contributing factor is what we are very proud of is being a Most Trusted Partner with LOWE’S (Oh by the way we don't pay to be on this list, they sought us out of all the inspections in the country because they liked what we are doing) this says a lot about our creditability. Being indorsed by NACHI also helps us.

Wish you great successes in "08

Being indorsed by NACHI also helps us.

Chris/David - What does it mean to be "endorsed" by NACHI?
