I have been a member for a long time, but never posted.
I am a general contractor in Calif...in the field for the last 40+ years. I still do a little work with 3 of my 4 sons (2 are general contractors, 1 is a master electrician).
I love this forum for all the questions and answers. I learn more all the time. We have seen examples like so many of the issues that are covered.
I just wanted to thank all the experts for the knowledge that I have gained.
