Hello Everyone!

Mark Smetana here, San Francisco Bay Area (East Bay) is my stompin' ground. I retired from IT PM jobs last year. Signed up with WSP as a Disaster Housing Inspector last year and haven't been deployed yet:confused:. Signed up with Quiktrak & CSI doing only commercial inspections and working up to floor plan audits. I'm looking for another 1 or 2 companies to fill in my calendar with local jobs. I love this jobs, in 4 months I've seen so much neat stuff. It's fairly easy and I'm learning quickly what jobs to stay away from.

A disaster Housing Inspector? Not familiar with that type of defect assessment. I take it you work with/through FIMA.
