HI, I am a CREIA and ASHI inspector. I am past president of both San Diego chapters, and have been on the State board for CREIA.

Started my business in San Diego in 1996. I don't inspect SFRs or Condo, just apartments an commercial buildings.

I am certified by ICC in multiple disciplines. I belong to IAEI and go to a lot of the local meetings.

I post infrequently, often in bursts.
