We need a residential an inspection on a roof for loose and miss-cut shingles in Chester, VA (Zip Code: 23831). No destructive testing involved. You will need to determine if the shingles are loose and the cause. Clear, quality digital pictures are required. The inspection will be uploaded to our online site.
