Equipment grounds are bundled together

Does anyone know if this equipment connector is rated for 20 equipment ground wires (GE panel 1971) ?? Thanks

It is not.

It is also not rated for copper and aluminum intermixed.

That is not to say that electrical contractors did 'use what they had on the truck' when they needed to do something - all contractors seen to 'use what they had' when the need arose ... didn't matter if it was right, just "Git R Done".
