We need a residential an inspection on an outside wooden deck in South Lyon, MI 41878. No destructive testing involved. You will need to confirm that the wood is splitting, sagging, if the boards are warped and if the deck was installed correctly. Clear, quality digital pictures are required. The inspection will be uploaded to our online site.
