Safe clearance between a gas water heater direct vent outlet and the A/C unit

Does anyone know the codes for safe clearance distance between a water heater gas direct vent outlet and the air conditioner unit ? Thank You

Locate the appliances's installation requirements/specifications and that will state the clearances for the vent's wall terminal.

I have never seen a required or recommended clearance between a gas vent to an AC compressor unit. There are clearance requirements from utility meters.
