Sump pit. Brownish hard crystalline minerals.
Never encountered this before. Been in many sump pits.

2 imagines.
A: Up the weep tile discharge tube/pipe.
B: Below the discharge pipe.
Were told there was prior flooding. No back flow flap/valve.
New flap/valve installed. Discharges pipes were cleaned.

Pyrite test, Low expansive qualities. Forget the percentage.

Interested to hear what anyone has to say.
Sales broker did not have the minerals tested as refereed.

From the research I have done I lean towards, phyllosilicate - sheet silicates from the brown clay residue inside the pipe. Phyllosilicates (Sheet Silicates)

Thanks in advance.
