"have had this site active for a few days now. You need to examine
this as one of the premier ways to get your project looked at and
discussed without a major expense for selling your property!
PHOTO-spect is brand new to the inspection industry. YOU take the
photos, YOU decide which items you want others to see, YOU control
what is inspected, and YOU decide whether or not you want to use the
report.

The report is generated within 24 hours of sending your photos.

I did this to one of my properties before I decided to put it out
publicly. I cannot tell you how much it meant to me to get my project
looked by a professional. We were in control of the usage of our
photos, WE decided which photos were needing comments, and WE used the
report to sell our home within 5 days of listing.

Well worth the cost of $39.95 for the first 7 photos and $2 per photo
after that.

Easy, cost affective, and very effective as a selling tool. You NEED
to use this service!

I will have to agree with you on this one Aaron. Too much stuff wrong with this to even begin to comment.

Hip waders and chain-mail armor won't help on this one. And there was a rather large legal claim in ND not too long ago with an inspector in Bismarck (my sister & husband live there) that caused quite a stir and change in the ND state regulation/legislation of HI's.

No sense in spending time or mileage going "to the site"

This is even better than getting a "deal friendly" inspector, they might have to mention that hole in the roof. But hey, if you just don't send in a picture, the "inspector" won't have to include it in the "report".
Beats having to try to control those pesky inspectors that insist on actually seeing what they are inspecting.:D

I hope someone successfully sues and shuts this nitwit down, but who would actually be stupid enough to rely on that report?

What's the problem?

You can send up to 7 Photos.

HEY! This guys stealing my ideas! I've been working on a plan using disposable cameras. Here's the deal; You send the camera to the client, they take it to the house and take pictures of everything and send it back to me. In 3-5 days I'll have the pictures developed and stick them in the report with Scotch tape and send it to them.
Only $59.95 What do ya think? Very "Green" too.
