Strange Staining on Foundation

I am totally baffled by this darker band running up at an angle on this foundation wall. This is a four year old home, and this doesn't appear to be where one concrete truck stopped, and another one started during the pour. I'm hoping that one of you will know exactly what caused this. One of the photos is a closer up view of it. Thanks a lot!

NASCAR fan duct tape 'racing stripe'. :D

I was looking at houses online in the Asheville area and one had a separate 3 garage which had 'racing stripes' painted around the inside if it, with "NASCAR FAN CLUB CORNER" painted on one wall.

No one can truthfully answer your question. The band could have came from many things.
It isn't an issue.

I think I like Jerry's answer. Of course it's not an issue. My client asked me what it was, and I had to say that I didn't have a clue, but that I would post the question to a good online home inspection forum in hopes of an answer for him. And thanks to Jerry, I've gotten a good explanation for it. It's a racing stripe! Thanks Jerry!
