I have more than 20 years of experience in forensic engineering and have inspected hundreds of roofs and 1000s of structures for existing conditions and various causes and origins of damage and failures including roofing, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. I am a licensed engineer in 12 states ranging from the gulf coast to North Dakota, and Connecticut to Las Vegas, Nevada.
