New Member: AC Question

I am new member to the site, and I have a quick question. I have a 30 Tonne AC unit that the sight glass that shows foam like refrigerant thru it. 407A refrigerant is in it now. What could cause this? Mixing of POE and Mineral Oils? I know sight glass suppose to be clear.
