I've appreciated this site. It's good to see that some folks actually are interested in helping each other out. I've been lurking for a while now and while I've been busy doing a couple other "day job" type things have constantly done a handful of inspections for the past 4 years. My primary day job is now done as the division was closed down where I live. Therefore, I will be working on building my inspection business to provide a greater part of my livelihood.

I'm interested in SEO and other organic marketing; and in various technical topics to further my knowledge base.
