Depends on how close the sinks are to each other.

A receptacle outlet needs to be within 3 feet of the water's edge for each sink.

Bathrooms are a special area considering they are a damp wet environment.

A bathroom requires at least (1) one 120-volt receptacle (https://homeguides.sfgate.com/far-electricity-need-sink-83084.html) within 3 feet of the outside edge of each sink basin. Duel sinks can be served by a single receptacle positioned between them.

Every bathroom must have at least one electrical outlet. It must be a GFCI, and it must be within 3 feet of the edge of the sink. Either behind or beside the sink is acceptable -- across from the sink on an opposite wall is not. If the bathroom has two sinks, each must have an electrical receptacle within 3 feet. This may mean placing the outlet between them or installing two separate outlets. Additional outlets are allowed in various locations in the bathroom but cannot replace this required outlet. If they're within 6 feet of the sink, they must be GFCIs.
