The key thing to remember (or learn) from the video is that current leaves the source and returns to the source (current does not go to ground ... but it may use 'ground' as a path to return to the source).

Probably not an issue provided proper credit is given - that would be my guess, but contact Mike Holt to find out ... it not only benefits Mike for more people see his stuff, it also ultimately helps create safer electrical installations through having more knowledgeable people who work with electrical installations.
