Although the chances are slim I still chose to write this up, better safe than sorry, I guess the HVAC installer knows nothing about water & electricity.

Although the chances are slim I still chose to write this up, better safe than sorry, I guess the HVAC installer knows nothing about water & electricity.

You would need to write up all the plumbing in 1st floor ceiling and elswhere. There would be more of a chance condesate dripping and staing the ceiling from the drain then an electrical problem. But to each there own.
