An intact rubber roof, 6-7 years after it was installed, shows some bubbles. A rep of the installer, Wagner Roofing, said that's fine, no concern. Is it normal and non-consequential?34489344903448934490

Those bubbles are likely caused by misapplication - not completely bonded/adhered to the deck; moisture in the deck before installation was not allowed to dry out; leaking some where allowing moisture to migrate in under the EPDM or the roof deck; etc

Wow, those is some teeny images!

If there are blisters under or in a membrane, it's best to get a roofing contractor in to address them. Like Jerry said, generally due to trapped moisture.
