I first joined here in 2014, but haven't logged in here in ages - and find I need to introduce myself when I logged in today...

I'm a home owner with many DIY tendencies in Michigan. I first came here when Google turned up some answers to a question I had when we were trying to ready my mother-in-law's house for sale - a question about lengths of drier vents.

Mostly I just lurk here when I see an interesting question in the InspectionNews eMail digest.
