Wood siding shingles in contact with AMVS

New home construction. Wood siding shingles contact the stone and no flashing.
I reviewed NCMA-MSV_InstallationGuide_5th_Edition_3rd_Printing for some help, but could not find anything as to clearance/flashing requirements.
Anyone with info. please post, thanks.
