New house or New construction?:confused:For New construction yes fire sprinkler are required, but before investing or buying a new house property inspection (https://sgpnow.com/collections/inspection-services) is required for sure!

New house or New construction?:confused:[SIZE=1]For New construction yes fire sprinkler are required, ...

Confused about more than just "New house or New construction?" because fire sprinklers are NOT required in Florida (the question was asking about a place in Florida). Florida statute specifically prohibits requiring fire sprinklers in one and two family dwellings ... with ONE exception: unless such a requirement was locally adopted before the date stated in the statute, and there is ONLY ONE AHJ which had such locally adopted before that date (and Lumber Creek is not even in the same part of Florida as that one AHJ is).

Hopefully, this is not an indication of the accuracy (inaccuracy) of the information in the reports provided by the company which that link goes to.
