I almost did that price (okay, only $13-15k) on some of my 'plain old home inspections'. :D

Bragging about that on a commercial inspection, and NOT being a PCA consultant doing PCA inspections? Sure sounds fishy, not sure what it smells like though, I guess the passing the 'smell test' is up to the individual's senses.
